Agents are real estate professionals who benefit from our sales commissions by acquainting the buyer with a collection of projects and guiding them along the way until the contract is signed.
You can work in two ways; in both cases, you will have access to a personal panel (dashboard). You can find out about commissions and other project details through this panel.
Option 1- Online
In the online activity, after registration and approval by the administration, you will have a special panel on the website where you can request work permits for the desired projects. After sending the request, your account, including your name, photo, and contact number, will appear on the site as one of the sales specialists for this project. Keep in mind that in this case, customers who access the site directly can contact you and become your customers, and you must be prepared to respond to customer requests and guide the applicant in the best possible way.
Option 2-Offline
In offline activity, your contact number is not added to projects, and you directly attract your clients using your network and known information about the projects and their details.
If you are active online, your account (including your name, picture, and contact number) will be automatically added to all projects for which you applied.
The Agent (mainly if he works over the Internet) provides good customer service and responds to calls and messages. The Doderio is obliged and committed to paying all agents' commissions to their account within a specified time and providing agents with educational and promotional content for use in marketing. Doderio supports agents and clients at all stages, from the completion of the contract and the payment of the commissions.
Our commissions are shown in the common currencies in the countries we work, and these amounts are different and vary depending on the various projects. However, usually, these commissions range from $1,000 to $300,000.
Commissions are paid from 15 days to 3 months after signing the contract with the client, depending on the contract we have with construction companies.
The strength of our network and the satisfaction of our salespeople are the foundation of our success. The Doderio support team and all its agents comply with all rules and transfer the specified commission to the Agent's account upon completion of the purchase agreement.
