Doderi.com is the mediator among agencies, agents, and customers.
Therefore, it is forbidden to work with a client without an agreement: agents/agencies are obliged to report on all the remuneration they receive from the customer of services the
Doderio.com.
If you do not conclude an agreement, the Agent may be accused of a "left" deal - this is the name of the deals that go past the agency's official cash desk. For such a deal,
Doderio.com can prevent agents from using the Website and ban the realtor's account, and the client will lose the guarantees that the agency could give.
Agent shall submit to Company only that business that Agent has directly solicited and under Agent's direct control. Agent shall not broker trade for another producer.
An agreement with an agent or agency is essential when a customer cannot deal with the transaction independently. For example, he lives in another city or country. Then the agencies are given rights; for example, the right to conclude an agreement, documents, and keys to real estate is transferred to him. Trusting this to a stranger without a contract is risky.
Reward amount. The contract usually indicates in several ways: either a fixed amount or % of the property's value or both.
