Doderio.com, you are agreeing on the term of using the Network:Doderi.com is the mediator among agencies, agents, and customers. Therefore, it is forbidden to work with a client without an agreement: agents/agencies are obliged to report on all the remuneration they receive from the customer of
Doderio.com.
You are required to agree to certain terms in order to be able to use
Doderio.com's services.
Responsibilities that must be fulfilled by each Party under this Agreement.
Doderio.com services include: letting the projects and facility information be uploaded on the website, advertising and marketing the facilities within the Doderio.com website, improving and maintaining the performance of Doderio.com
The agency is responsible for providing accurate information about the property it is selling.
Property details, address of your property, furniture or curtains to be sold with the property (e.g. white appliances), facts about your property (e.g. number of bedrooms, land area), etc. It is imperative that you provide the agent with accurate information. If you don’t, you may leave yourself open to legal action from a buyer. If it is not possible to provide comparable information, you should say so in the appraisal.
The agency is responsible for providing legal assistance, showing the facility, and taking care of payment issues for potential customers.
It is not the
Doderio.com administration's responsibility to display the price of the facility on Doderio.com. A construction company, however, is obligated to provide an original price of the facility they are presenting. Additional charges should not be added to the price.
A deposit received by the agency from the seller after the facility is sold shall be used to pay
Dodrio.com and Agent’s commission.
In case the agency cancels the agency agreement with
Doderio.com and then sells privately to a person introduced by Doderio.com, they may still be liable to pay a commission.
